Hooveriii (pronounced Hoover Three) are back with their second instalment “Cindy” from their forthcoming album. Referencing similar characteristics to the likes of Iggy and Soft Machine, the band have found a complementary balance that extracts a harmonious husk and dirty grit. Hooveriii are on the road to creating their own approach to the term “psychedelic.”

The video - shot on black and white 16mm film and directed by Rocío Mesa - features a series of hand drawn animations and ends with simulation of a liquid light show. There’s a strong sense of nostalgia from the music to the visual aspects.

“It is about the feeling of sorrow over the loss of things we take for granted. The song was conceived in an old spooky German WWII Bunker - converted to rehearsal spaces / venue in Furth. The lyrics were written in our van on the way to Halle the following day. I was keeping the lyrics minimal and contained, trying to channel my best Eno.” - Hoover (guitar and vocals)

Water For The Frogs” is set to debut on April 9th via The Reverberation Appreciation Society Label. Expanding their horizons with their love for German Krautrock, Hooveriii took their raw energy from a converted bunker rehearsal space back Station House in Echo Park, CA, where the album was brought to life. Each song will greet the listener to a new experience, pealing back deeper super sonic layers. The album features a complete new set of never before heard material.
